Below are a number of screen shots showing
Fonts Manager 3.9.2 in action.
non-Roman support built-in...
This picture shows the OLD Fonts Manager
3.8 Foreign OS main windows (for non-Roman languages). Notice the
fonts are displayed in Osaka, Seoul, Taipei, and Beijing
(respectively), so they are easy to read in the native languages.
Also, these versions have a Large Screen Version ONLY.
NEW!!! Version 3.9.2 no longer has this restriction! It can display
in small or large screen, and can display any of the Foreign OS fonts
above, as well as US/Roman - ALL in just ONE download!!!
NEW!!! This picture shows the Font
Preferences window. This is where you may select which Foreign OS
font you wish to display your lists in...
NEW!!! This picture shows the Key Map
window. You'll never again be without a cheat sheet to show you how
to type that special character...
NEW!!! This picture shows all of the
documentation windows open at once. You won't ever be without the
documentation that came with Fonts Manager with these menu choices in
the *FM* menu...
NEW!!! This picture shows the Fonts Manager
main window. This is where all the action takes place. Notice there
are quite a few changes since version 3.8!!!
NEW!!! This picture shows the user moving
the cursor over a button, with Balloon Help turned ON. Balloon Help
is great and has been enhanced and expanded everywhere!!!
NEW!!! This picture shows the Font Sample
windows available. You may use any font installed, at any size or
style. This is ideal for making font 'catalogs'. You may print this
information as well. Sample 1 Font is a detailed look at a particular
installed font. Sample All Fonts is a quick look at ALL font
installed...
This picture shows the user selecting the
'Mac OS Fonts' set. It's like selecting the 'Mac OS 8.x base' set in
Extensions Manager (or 'Mac OS 7.6 base' or 'System 7.5 only'). BUT,
Instead of managing Control Panels, Extensions, etc., it manages font
suitcases and printer fonts.
This picture shows the user adding a single
font family after selecting the 'No fonts' set. It's like selecting
'All Off' in Extensions Manager, then enabling just one item. Notice
the set changes to 'Custom', to let you know you've made a
change...
